You may request closure of your 111xp account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any eligible real money balance from your account. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. 111xp reserves the right to retain your account data for such periods as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations.

Deposits are credited to your PKR account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 111xp's payment processing systems. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your account registration details. 111xp targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to the relevant financial institution's processing times. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within one hour, subject to blockchain confirmation times.
111xp maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) controls in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that 111xp determines to be suspicious, inconsistent with your stated profile, or in breach of AML regulations may be paused, reversed, or reported to relevant authorities. 111xp reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time.
111xp may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, matched deposits, cashback offers, and other incentive schemes to eligible registered users. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fully met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. All bets placed on the 111xp platform are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted by the 111xp system and a bet confirmation has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming placement.
111xp reserves the right to change odds, suspend markets, or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors that result in the display of manifestly incorrect odds; obvious pricing errors; market suspension due to breaking news, injury, or other event developments; and events that are cancelled, abandoned, or rescheduled in accordance with our published rules for each sport.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the applicable governing body. In cricket, this includes results as determined by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the relevant domestic competition authority. Settlement times will vary depending on the event type and may be subject to official result confirmation delays.
